Designed For Brides Seeking A Truly Unique, Luxury Statement Piece
TERMS & CONDITION
Last updated: 15 October 2026
These Terms & Conditions explain the arrangements that apply when you visit our website or purchase our handcrafted bridal bouquets, jewellery and accessories.
Please read them carefully before placing an order.
1. About Majestic Atelier
Majestic Atelier is an independent bridal accessories business based in Kent, United Kingdom, specialising in handcrafted jewelled wedding bouquets, bridal adornments, jewellery and selected accessories for grooms and special occasions.
Our website is www.majesticatelier.co.uk.
For enquiries, please contact sales@majesticatelier.co.uk.
These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through our website. Bespoke commissions are also subject to our separate Bespoke Commission Terms & Conditions, as explained below.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
2. Our Products & Craftsmanship
Majestic Atelier creates distinctive handcrafted designs using carefully selected decorative components, including crystals, pearls and jewellery embellishments.
Due to the individually handcrafted nature of our products, minor variations in the positioning and arrangement of components may occur.
We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, colours and measurements are accurate.
However, colours may appear slightly different depending on individual screen settings and lighting conditions.
Any permitted handmade variation will not affect your statutory right to receive goods that are as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for their intended purpose.
3. Product Availability
Many Majestic Atelier designs are individually created and available in limited quantities.
Products displayed as available are subject to stock confirmation.
Where an existing design is unavailable, we may offer to recreate it to its original specifications, subject to the availability of suitable materials and components.
Any made-to-order arrangements, including estimated completion times, will be confirmed before the order is accepted.
If a customer requests individual alterations to an existing design, the order may instead be treated as a bespoke commission.
We reserve the right to discontinue designs or decline requests that we are unable to fulfil.
4. Prices & Payments
All product prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP).
The total amount payable, including any applicable delivery charges, will be shown before an online purchase is completed.
Mainland UK delivery is included in the displayed product prices unless otherwise clearly stated.
Where delivery outside mainland UK is requested, any additional charges will be confirmed before an order is accepted.
Payments made through our website are processed using Wix Payments and the payment methods made available at checkout.
Majestic Atelier does not require customers to provide payment card details by email.
Prices may be changed from time to time. However, a price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted, unless otherwise agreed with the customer.
If an obvious pricing or listing error is identified before an order is accepted, we will contact you to clarify the correct details.
5. Placing an Order
When placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete contact, billing and delivery information.
After an order is submitted, you will receive an electronic acknowledgement.
An order acknowledgement does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted.
A binding contract is formed when Majestic Atelier confirms acceptance of your order, for example through an order confirmation or dispatch confirmation, as specified during the checkout process.
If we are unable to accept an order because of stock availability, an obvious error or another legitimate reason, we will notify you and refund any payment received for that order.
We reserve the right to decline orders where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud or misuse of our services.
6. Delivery
In-stock products are normally dispatched within 2–3 working days, excluding weekends and UK bank holidays.
Delivery arrangements, estimated timescales, shipping destinations and applicable charges are explained in our separate Delivery & Returns Policy.
For made-to-order products, the estimated completion and dispatch timescale will be confirmed before an order is accepted.
Where a delivery date is particularly important, such as for a wedding or special occasion, customers should inform us before placing an order.
We will endeavour to accommodate requested dates but will only guarantee a particular delivery date where this has been expressly agreed.
Your statutory rights regarding delivery delays and goods lost in transit remain unaffected.
7. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
Customers purchasing eligible goods online generally have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days after receiving their order.
This right is subject to applicable legal exceptions, including certain goods made to a customer's specifications or clearly personalised.
Our Delivery & Returns Policy provides further information about cancellation procedures, returning items, refund timescales, return postage and the condition of returned goods.
For change-of-mind returns, customers are requested to return products in their original packaging, together with all accompanying accessories and components.
Where goods have been handled or used beyond what is necessary for inspection, a lawful deduction may be made to reflect any resulting reduction in value.
This does not affect your statutory rights regarding faulty or misdescribed goods.
8. Bespoke Commissions & Personalised Designs
Majestic Atelier offers a limited bespoke commission service for individually designed jewelled bouquets and selected matching accessories.
An order may be classified as a bespoke commission where a customer requests a new design or individual alterations to an existing design, including changes to colours, materials, embellishments or decorative features.
Bespoke commissions are subject to our separate Bespoke Commission Terms & Conditions, which set out the consultation process, deposits, design changes, payment arrangements and completion timescales.
A commission request does not guarantee acceptance.
Where a bespoke product is genuinely made to a customer's specifications or clearly personalised, the statutory change-of-mind cancellation right may not apply.
This does not affect statutory rights concerning faulty or misdescribed goods.
Where any provision of the Bespoke Commission Terms applies specifically to an accepted bespoke order, it should be read together with these general terms.
9. Faulty or Damaged Products
We take great care in the creation, inspection and packaging of our products.
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact sales@majesticatelier.co.uk.
We may request photographs or additional information to help investigate the issue.
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 remain fully protected, including any applicable entitlement to a refund, repair or replacement.
No provision in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the original photographs, designs, written content, graphics, branding and other materials displayed on the Majestic Atelier website belong to Majestic Atelier or are used with appropriate permission.
They must not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent, except where permitted by law.
The Majestic Atelier name, branding and original creative work must not be used in a manner that falsely suggests an association with, or endorsement by, our business.
Customers may share links to our website and use its content for ordinary personal browsing purposes.
11. Customer Enquiries & Submitted Images
Customers may provide photographs, inspiration images, descriptions and other information when submitting enquiries or requesting bespoke commissions.
Such materials will be used only as reasonably necessary to consider and fulfil the relevant enquiry or commission, subject to our Privacy Policy.
Submitting an inspiration image does not transfer ownership of that image to Majestic Atelier.
Customers should only submit materials they are entitled to share for this purpose.
Majestic Atelier will not publish identifiable customer photographs or personal commission materials for promotional purposes without appropriate permission or another valid legal basis.
12. Website Use & Third-Party Services
We aim to keep our website accurate, secure and accessible.
However, temporary interruptions, maintenance or technical issues may occasionally occur.
Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services. These are provided for convenience and may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
You must not misuse our website, attempt to interfere with its security or use its content for unlawful purposes.
Nothing in this section excludes liability or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Privacy & Personal Information
We respect the privacy of our customers and website visitors.
Personal information is collected, used and protected in accordance with our separate Privacy Policy.
This includes information provided when placing orders, contacting us or submitting bespoke commission enquiries.
Please refer to our Privacy Policy for further details about how your personal information is handled and your rights under applicable data protection law.
14. Changes to These Terms
Majestic Atelier may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our business practices, website or legal obligations.
The updated version will be published on our website with a revised date.
Changes will not retrospectively alter the terms of an order already accepted, unless agreed with the customer or required by law.
15. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Nothing in this provision removes any mandatory consumer protections or rights to bring proceedings in a jurisdiction that may apply to customers under relevant law.
