DELIVERY & RETURNS

DELIVERY


The price of all items includes shipping costs to the mainland UK only. 


Mainland UK orders are usually shipped either by DPD or Royal Mail signed for service. A tracking number will be provided to you.


Please contact Majestic Atelier for a shipping quotation to locations other than the mainland UK. Price shown for international shipping is an estimated guide only. 

 

Wrong Shipping Address Disclaimer

  • It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that they enter the correct shipping address.

  • Please double-check the address you are entering, as Majestic Atelier will NOT be held responsible for packages sent to the wrong address by the buyer.

  • ​If your order is already processed or has already shipped, we cannot change the address and the only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned to us. In that case, we will contact you regarding the next steps.

Please note that all orders will require a signature on delivery.

Unfortunately, we cannot ship orders to a PO box address- Please ensure you use a physical street address when placing your order.

For international shipments outside the EU, all import duties, sales taxes or other import costs incurred at the point of entry into the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. For international duty rates please contact your local customs department.

 

​​RETURNS


My goal is to make sure that you treasure your Majestic Atelier bouquet and accessories. However, if for some reason there is a fault with your purchase and you are not satisfied with your order:

​

  • Contact me within "24 hours" of receiving your order (and not after a wedding or event). Please do not return items without first emailing to ensure you are eligible for a refund.

  • Conditions of Returns: Items must be returned in their original purchase condition and packaging (unworn and unused with all original packaging and labels intact).

  • Refunds cannot be given if the item is returned after 14 days.

  • Items will be inspected before a refund can be given.


When returning items can you please ensure you retain the proof of postage and choose a postal method that offers compensation to cover the value of the goods. I recommend parcels with contents worth more than £40 be returned by ROYAL MAIL TRACKED to ensure the contents are fully insured as Majestic Atelier will not be held responsible for lost or damaged returned goods that have not been correctly insured. (Note: Buyer pays for return postage).

Earrings: Due to current Health & Hygiene regulations, we regretfully cannot accept returns for earrings, unless there is a clear fault.
