Delivery & Returns

DELIVERY

 

UK Delivery

​

  • All prices include delivery to mainland UK only.

  • Mainland UK orders are dispatched via DPD or Royal Mail Signed For.

  • A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

  • All deliveries require a signature on receipt.

 

Non-Mainland UK & International Delivery

​

  • Please contact Majestic Atelier for a shipping quotation to locations outside mainland UK.

  • Any international shipping price shown is an estimate only and may be subject to change.

 

Incorrect Address Disclaimer

​

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the correct delivery address is entered at checkout.

  • Majestic Atelier cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

  • Once an order has been processed or dispatched, the delivery address cannot be amended.

  • If an item is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to discuss re-delivery. Additional postage costs may apply.

 

PO Boxes

  • Unfortunately, we do not ship to PO Box addresses. Please ensure a full residential or business address is provided.

 

Customs & Import Duties (International Orders)

​

  • For deliveries outside the UK, any import duties, local taxes, or customs charges incurred upon entry into the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Please contact your local customs authority for further information.

 

RETURNS & FAULTY ITEMS

​

Our aim is that you treasure your Majestic Atelier bouquet or accessory. As our designs are handcrafted luxury items, returns are handled with care and in accordance with UK consumer law.

​

Faulty or Damaged Items

 

If your item is faulty or damaged upon arrival:

​

  • Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery (and not after a wedding or event).

  • Do not return any items without contacting us first to confirm eligibility.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.

 

All returned items will be inspected before a refund is issued.

​

Return Timeframes

​

  • Refunds cannot be issued for items returned after 14 days from the date of delivery.

  • This does not affect your statutory rights.

​

Return Postage

​

  • Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is confirmed as faulty.

  • We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured postal service.

  • For items valued over £40, we advise Royal Mail Tracked or equivalent.

  • Majestic Atelier cannot accept responsibility for returned items that are lost or damaged in transit if not adequately insured.

  • Please retain proof of postage.

Earrings – Hygiene Policy

​

Due to health and hygiene regulations, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on earrings unless the item is faulty.
