Q: How do I order online?A: Ordering & Shipping Policy Once you've selected the items you'd like to purchase, simply click ‘Add to Cart’ and proceed through the secure checkout process. If an item is out of stock, please contact us - we may be able to create it to order. If you have any questions about your order, feel free to get in touch—we’re happy to assist you. Shipping Address Responsibility Please ensure that you enter the correct shipping address at checkout, as Majestic Atelier is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. Double-check your shipping details before completing your purchase. If your order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot modify the address. Q: How long does it take you to ship my order?A: Once your payment has been authorised, the processing time will be 1-2 business days. If the item is made to order, we will inform you of the delivery date. Shipping will be via DPD/ or Royal Mail tracked and signed for. Please note that all orders will require a signature on delivery. For international shipments outside the EU, all import duties, sales taxes, or other import costs incurred at the point of entry into the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. For international duty rates please contact your local customs department.
