    A: Once you have decided on the items you wish to purchase, click on the ‘Add to Cart’ box and follow through to the checkout procedure. If an item is out of stock, please contact us. We can make it to order.   • Q: How long does it take you to ship my order?
    A: Once your payment has been authorised, the processing time will be 1-2 business days. If the item is made to order, we will inform you of the delivery date. Shipping will be via DPD/ or Royal Mail tracked and signed for. Please note that all orders will require a signature on delivery. ​ For international shipments outside the EU, all import duties, sales taxes, or other import costs incurred at the point of entry into the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. For international duty rates please contact your local customs department.
