COMPETITION
TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Eligibility:
The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over. Entries are welcome from both online participants and those attending The Signature Wedding Show – Bluewater.
2. Entry Period:
The competition runs from 5th October 2025 to 11th October 2025 at 23:59. Entries received outside this period will not be considered.
3. How to Enter:
Participants can use the QR code at our stand/on the back of the flyer/from Instagram and fill out the online form. Online participants will be given a unique entry code by visiting our Instagram page.
Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple entries from the same individual will be disqualified.
4. Prize:
The prize is for a pair of earrings. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
Majestic Atelier reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.
5. Winner Selection:
The winner will be selected at random from eligible entries and will be notified by email/phone within 7 to 14 days of the competition closing date.
If the winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, Majestic Atelier reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
6. Publicity:
By entering the competition, you agree to participate in any related publicity if you win. This may include the use of your name and likeness in promotional materials.
7. Data Protection:
Any personal information you provide will be used solely for this competition and will not be shared with third parties, except where necessary for the administration of the competition or as required by law.
8. General Conditions:
Majestic Atelier reserves the right to cancel or modify the competition at any time if necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.
By entering the competition, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Any breach of these terms may result in disqualification.
